Premium Selection by William Hardy Limestone Coast Chardonnay. This range of wines has been created as a tribute the Hardy's proud heritage and dedication to winemaking. The William Hardyrange of wines was launched to recognize the 40 year contribution of 5th generation family member William (Bill) Hardy.

Premium Selection Limestone Coast Chardonnay is a medium bodied wine with generous peach and stone fruit flavours, complemented by sweet vanilla oak.

The Limestone Coast has a climate well suited for growing Chardonnay, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugars to develop. This year we had a favourable ripening season, with mild days and cool nights allowing superlative flavour development. Good canopy cover protected the fruit during the one week of intense heat.
